You have heard me saying it multiple times that KinetiX is the BEST personal training studio in Pakistan and I don’t say it just for the sake of it – Me and my team truly believe and know that we are the absolute best at what we do. Over 12 years in the industry and we know for a fact that what we do is utterly unique to us in Pakistan and no one, even the (so-called) closest competitor is at least 15 years behind us. ONLY GYM WITH A TRAINING SYSTEM IN PAKISTAN:
KinetiX is the ONLY Training Studio in Pakistan with its own “Training System”. It took me over a decade to develop clarity of ideas to come up with a training philosophy which is the most effective and efficient way to get in shape and move well. Of course, everything I do is highly influenced by my long-term mentor Amir Siddiqui and numerous others over the years. Here is a brief idea of how I design programs for everyone who steps into KinetiX:
I use three basic systems to design all of my programs:
- Strength
- Hypertrophy
- Metabolic
Which system(s) to use to design a program depends on the person I’m program for and their individual short and long term goals. A program can use just one of the above-mentioned systems or it can combine two systems (Strength~Hypertrophy) or even all three of them (Strength~Hypertrophy~Metabolic). By combining and playing off different systems, we create endless opportunities for unique programs. The aim is to keep the person for whom I’m designing the program at the center stage and to program for his/her unique strengths and weaknesses. These are just the basics of how to determine what type of training a person needs to follow to go from point “A” to point “B”. Later depending on a person’s movement quality and limitations (Injuries, pains etc) I decide movement patterns (Push – Lower, Upper, PULL – Lower, Upper, CORE/ROTATIONAL WORK and GROUNDWORK) to include in his/her program and on basis of above – the best-suited exercises are prescribed for an individual. The IMPORTANT thing to remember is that we at KinetiX change programs for our clients every 10-12 weeks so your training keeps on evolving and catering to your physical and psychological needs.

We have been producing results on a consistent basis for over a DECADE now. THE TEAM:
We are the most experienced training team in Pakistan. We were among the first few personal trainers in Islamabad if not Pakistan. Ask anyone in any field who has been successful for over 10 years – ITS HARD, REALLY HARD. Especially at the TOP level, if you are not good the market filters you out. The sort of clientele we deal with are some of the smartest people in town (literally) so they won’t pay top bucks to someone who isn’t good enough. A client at KinetiX on average stays for at least 5 years. We have people training with us for 10 years as well – I personally still train my first ever personal training client and it’s been over 10 years.
Another thing which sets our Training team apart from ANY other gym in Pakistan is that we have gone through the process (Unfit to Fit) ourselves. Unlike other young skinny kids (TRAINERS) with Abs who have no right to train another human being because they are not qualified enough or have never gone through the journey themselves, WE have gone through the process ourselves. I have talked about it before that my Mentor made me gain weight – I went up to 100Kgs and dropped down to 70kgs JUST so I could learn myself that how it feels to lose weight and how hard the process is. Later I made our other coaches do the same thing, Dawood dropped over 60 pounds, Khurram dropped over 40 pounds and recently Shahmir dropped over 50 pounds of weight which they intentionally gained so that they could learn. No other gym or Personal trainer in Pakistan has shown this kind of commitment to their craft.
THE KINETIX WAY – OUR PHILOSOPHY:
At KinetiX we do things differently from other gyms. I know everyone says that BUT really we DO. Don’t believe me? We are not against SUGAR; actually we encourage our clients to have sugar in moderate form. We know SALT is one of the best performance-enhancing ingredient missing from most people’s (especially females) diets. We believe there are NO BAD FOODS (Yes Burger, Pizza, and Ice Cream aren’t bad). KETO Diet is probably one of the worse nutritional strategies anyone can follow (It actually can be harmful to you). We are against LOW CARB Diets and consider them short term solutions to a complex problem.
Let’s move towards the Training side of things: TRADITIONAL CARDIO IS BAD FOR YOU IN LONG-RUN – Yes everyone running on treadmills for hours is wasting their time on a mindless activity. RUNNING OR JOGGING is BAD FOR YOU (50% of people who run end up getting injured). Pilates or Yoga won’t give you the hard toned body you are after. Now I’m not saying all of this just for the sake of it – I can absolutely back everything up with hard facts and logical reasoning… I told you we were different from any other personal training gym in Pakistan!
KINETIX – THE TRAINING FACILITY:
KinetiX is the most well thought out personal training facility in Pakistan. Every piece of equipment we have is there for a reason. Instead of putting 10 useless treadmills or 15 stationary bikes to fill the space up, we went for equipment which would aid us in getting our members the best possible results in the most efficient manner. Every inch of KinetiX was designed with the utmost care and with a purpose, from front desk to washrooms, you can walk in and you’ll know that a lot of thought was put into everything.
We were the first gym to introduce indoor artificial turf for a prowler and other activities. Of course, later every other gym copied us. We still are the only gym to have Versa Climber, XPO Trainer, and Rogue Echo Bike, etc. We are the only gym to be utilizing smaller accessories like slam balls, tornado balls, etc. And the reason is that most trainers don’t read the research or actually care enough to bring in meaningful tools for their clients. Plus we are constantly improving and we are already on our way to import more specialized equipment for our members.
