Refund policy

At Kinetix Gym, we currently do not offer refunds unless you receive a wrong or defected product. We do, however, offer exchanges. If you need to exchange an item for a different size or article, you can do so under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Exchange:

Time Frame: Items must be exchanged within 3 days from the date of delivery of the parcel.

Condition of Items:

  • Items must be in their original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
  • Items must be returned in their original packaging.

Proof of Purchase: A valid receipt or proof of purchase must be presented.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, supplements etc), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchange Procedure:

To initiate an exchange, please contact us at kinetixgym@gmail.com or by sending a direct message on Instagram @kinetix_gym or calling/WhatsApp us at 03177000700.

Once the exchange is approved, our customer services representative will generate a new order for the exchange. Upon dispatch, our rider will collect the previous product and deliver the new shipment simultaneously, ensuring you receive your replacement without any delay. Please ensure the previous product is properly packed before handing it over to the rider to maintain its quality and condition.

The delivery time for the new order will be 4-5 working days once shipped.

Shipping Costs:

Customers are responsible for exchange shipping costs of Rs 500/-, except in cases where the item is defective or incorrect.

Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact our customer services team immediately after you receive the parcel.

Note:

  • Sale items can only be exchanged for other sale items.
  • No refund will be provided for any price difference when exchanging with a sale item.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will not accommodate any exchange claims made past 3 days of a customer receiving the order.
