Oatmeal Heaven

This breakfast recipe is full of fiber and will satisfy your need to have something sweet early morning. This easy and delicious breakfast option is so amazing that we call it “the bowl of Oatmeal heaven”.

It is one of the simplest breakfasts you can prepare for yourself and your family. We realize that most people are usually in a rush in the morning so we tend to recommend easy and less time consuming recipes in breakfast without compromising on essential nutrients.

Ingredients:

Here are the simple ingredients required for this Oatmeal goodness to get you started on the right note:

  • Instant plain oatmeal, 1 packet
  • Apple, 1 medium
  • Honey, 1 tsp
  • Whey Protein, 1 Scoop
  • Almonds, chopped, 10-15 kernels

Approximately 500 calories

Method:

Combine 1 cup water (water depends on the consistency you prefer your oats at – so experiment as you go) with instant plain oats.  Microwave on High for 1 to 2 minutes.

After cooking your oats just mix 1 scoop of your favorite protein powder (Choose a brand which has no more than 120 calories per scoop) and 1 table spoon of honey.

Use sliced apple and chopped almonds as garnish.
