Importance of Proper Training Program

We repeatedly mention that one thing (among others) that makes KinetiX better than any other gym in Pakistan is our “Training Program”. Why are we so sure about it? Because we have literally spent years perfecting and learning from the very best in the field. The programing we use is influenced by my mentor Amir Siddiqui and his mentor Scott Abel.

Not only I was lucky enough to train under these masters but I started designing programs under my mentor’s guidance at a very early stage of my Training Career. Over 10 years of training people, I have been able to create a solid training system which is based both on Experience and Knowledge.

The programs I design have been proven successful during last 10 years and many of our Transformations are a proof of it.

Here is an example of what a continuously good programing, an exceptional coach and an amazing client can achieve when things are done right. YES, this is her in both of these pictures. Right “Training Program” for the right person is as important as having a very good coach to guide you through your fitness journey:

Whenever I get asked why is programing so very important I always answer by saying “RANDOMNESS WORKS TILL IT DOESN’T” – Meaning anyone using a random program “MIGHT” get away with it in the short-run but for long-term success a proper training program has no substitute.

Here is another thing which makes us very different from the rest of the fitness industry (at least in Pakistan but I know a lot of international coaches using the same programs from Internet) that we “Change” each individual’s programs every 10-12 weeks depending upon their unique “Bio-Feedback”.

So basically, once a trainee has mastered a program (And yes, we have a tracking mechanism to know) we move them to the next program.

Each program is designed to make a trainee not only adapt to a specific stress but also is a precursor to the next phase of training program. So, we are trying to create a chain where each program gets a trainee ready for the next phase.
Here is an example of how proper Training Programs can help an individual achieve a physique they desire:

Another reason to have different program for each individual is that people do have their limitations and sometimes they carry injuries. So, putting everyone on the same program can do more harm than good in these cases. A good coach should be able to work around a trainee’s injuries while trying to improve his/her limitations overtime. A well thought-out program is the tool which takes into account everything.

Other than the above mentioned reasons, there is a psychological aspect of changing programs every 10-12 weeks. Instead of doing the exact same thing all the time our KinetiX members move from one program to another after mastering their current training phase which allows them to perform better in the gym and keeps them consistent over long-run.

Now don’t get me wrong, we NEVER program hop, meaning we don’t change programs just for the sake of it. Each individual has to master the program and after proper assessment of their Bio-feedback only than the assigned coach decides to move them to the next phase.
