Coach D, now a gym trainer, is a former sportsman and after his mark on the sports world entered the fitness world equipped with athletic knowledge and nuance to his credit. Learning from his sports experience, Dawood gives special care to members with injuries and knows how to work with them to build strength and agility.

COACH SHAHMIR

Don’t be fooled by his youthful looks, Shahmir is a trainer to watch. Since being a teenager Shahmir has dedicated himself to physical fitness. This guy eats, breathes, drinks fitness and keeps up to date on recent research. He’s been known to credit his life and discipline to personal training, “it saved me”. Finding solace and peace in a life committed to building physical strength and mental well-being, he is adamant to help other individuals achieve that balance.

To manage the state of his mental wellbeing, Coach Ali got into the practice of exercising at an early age, with an ample amount of workout Experience, Ali is not just a Personal Trainer but has been a Martial Arts practitioner as well. Coach Fatemah is a day time Personal Trainer and a Doctor of Physiotherapy by the Night, she aims to understand not just the physical aspects but metaphysical aspects of human beings, she treats her clients with extra care and mere dedication. She's empathetic when she needs to be and fierce when required. One of her unique talents is that she can break your bones while naming each one of them.

Coach Bushra’s passion for Training turned her into A Personal Fitness Trainer, her aim is not only to help you go through an experience that makes you healthy, confident, and strong but to make you fall in love with working out and living a healthy lifestyle. She’s not just your regular personal Trainer, she’s also your personal Cheerleader. She will make your sessions enjoyable, while making sure you achieve your personal goals, go out of breath and break a sweat.

COACH DANIAL

Balancing studies and the passion for Training altogether is a difficult pursuit, but Coach Danial strives for a good challenge. Having started at the age of mere 19, coach Danial is our youngest most Personal Trainer. His eagerness to become a better soccer player got him into Fitness which led him to our arena and he acquired his Training as a Personal Fitness Trainer under the guidance of our expert coaches. One may rarely hear him be loud on the floor, but his clients vow by his fervour and dedication.
